Education and Training

This department is dedicated to monitoring and facilitating the work of candidates for the High Commission for Education (HCED) scholarship program of the Iraqi Government.

Approval of letters of support for continuity of study or withdrawal for students of public universities and institutes, for students who wish to prove in writing that they are continuing their studies or withdrawal before receiving a degree.

Respond to letters sent by universities, ministries, and institutions of the Kurdistan Regional Government to the Office of Research and Development regarding scientific titles, promotions, scientific journals, scientific conferences, research centers, the English language, and any other issues related to scientific affairs.

A promise by which a person is obliged to do or not to do an act or behavior and is responsible for its contents provided that it does not go beyond the framework of public law and custom.
