Conditions
Documents must be original or certified copy.
The document holder or his attorney or third-degree relative must be present.
If the document is issued by a government office, it should be approved by the ministry or source from which the document was issued and then translated.
If it is a company document, it must be approved by the Companies Registration Directorate of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The person who brings the company documents must be a person related to the company, ie the authorized director or the company director or the company's lawyer or any other person provided that he has been authorized.
If the document is translated, it must be translated by a sworn translator and then approved by the Justice Office.
Documents issued outside the administration of the Kurdistan Regional Government, ie the provinces (Kirkuk, Mosul, Baghdad ...) can not be approved by the Ministry of Justice, but can be approved by the Iraqi Foreign Relations Erbil Branch.

Original copy and copy of civil status or citizenship identity card or any other identity card appropriate to the document to be verified.
If the document is company-specific, endorsement from the company and endorsement from the Registrar of Companies is required.

Procedures
The client visits the office of the Ministry of Justice.
Visits the Director's Room of the Directorate of Judicial and Legal Relations, in order to send to the Audit Department.
Visits the Chamber of Judicial and Legal Relations for auditing.
Visits the Director's Chamber of the Directorate of Judicial and Legal Relations for approval.
He will visit the Foreign Relations Office of the Kurdistan Regional Government for approval and completion of his transaction.
