Conditions

The legal person must have acquired that personality by law and regulations, for example, for a company it must be registered with the Companies Registration Office or for associations and organizations, it must be recognized by a specialist.

Have the right to own immovable property in their bylaws.

Power of attorney of the authorized manager or the first person of the institutions, authorized in accordance with their internal rules.

Letter of authorization of the legal representative of the said party, who has been given a power of attorney as an attorney.

The applicant must have clearances (income tax, property tax, water and sewerage department, electricity department, municipality).

Documents

By laws of (companies, associations, organizations).

Property registration copy.

Identity of the authorized person.

Approved clearance from the relevant social security office, if the legal person was one of those subject to the applicable pension and social insurance law

Time

Five (5) to ten (10) days.

Price

- 2% of the estimated value of the property. Pursuant to paragraph (a) of Article 48 of the Official Judicial Law No. 114 of 1981, as amended.
- The rate of (1%) currency fees according to the fourth paragraph of the table of relative fees in the Federal Currency Law No. (71) of 2012 in force in the Kurdistan Region by Law No. (9) of 2021
- The amount of (12,000) twelve thousand dinars for the committee to discover and evaluate the value of real estate according to the guidelines on the law on the valuation of real estate and interests No. (85) of 1978 as amended.
The amount of (7,500) seven thousand five hundred dinars of judicial fees, according to paragraph (8) of Article (53) of the Official Judicial Law (114) of 1981 as amended.
- The amount of (750) seven hundred and fifty dinars.

Procedures

Visiting the office and submitting an application.

Obtaining Form No. (10), which is specific to the registration transaction.

Visits the principal's room, in order to stamp and sign the registration form.
