Registering a Resignation Contract

It is the registration of a contract between ordinary persons or legal entities, in which one or more of them acknowledge a waiver of their rights. The contract specifies the rights and obligations of both parties, agreed upon, in certain terms and conditions for a fixed or indefinite period of time.

Conditions

The applicant must have reached the age of eighteen (18). If he is under the age of eighteen (18), he must have court permission for a certain business or failure to be allowed to marry. Minors under the age of eighteen (18) must have a guardian approval certificate from the Directorate of Disabled Care.

Authority - Entrust him with the necessary guardianship in case of any mental disorder or mental problem.

There must be income tax clearance of all parties to the contract.

For the intellectual property, if it is an institution, the head of the institution shall perform the contract in addition to his work; if it is a company, the authorized director of the company shall perform the contract in addition to his work.

Income tax clearance is required, if the entity to the contract is a company.

If the attorney performs the contract, he should have the right to perform the contract.

Price

According to the Judicial Fees Law No. (114) of 1981 and (Minutes of the Committee to Regulate the Fees of Judicial Offices No. (8/6/584) on 15/3/2017):
- Money fees will be charged for each million (1,000) one thousand dinars.
- The approval fee for this transaction starts from (3,000) three thousand dinars and should not exceed (30,000) thirty thousand dinars.
Also, the amount of (15,000) fifteen thousand dinars will be charged from citizens by Info RR Company.

Procedures

The applicant visits one of the judicial offices.

He visits the Legal Information Department to determine the type of transaction.

Visits the accountant of the company's service center to receive receipts and organize the transaction.

Visits the office accountant, for the purpose of payment.

Visit the courtroom, for the judge's signature, completion of the transaction.
