Description
Issuing residency cards to foreigners who have previously been brought to the Kurdistan Region by companies or foreign workers to work as domestic servants. After the expiration of their residency cards, the employee renew the residency cards for the foreign servants on their own sponsorship.

Conditions
Foreigner shall have attained the age of eighteen (18).
Testing for communicable diseases (AIDS, B and C hepatitis, malaria, Bilharzia).
The validity period of the foreigner’s passport shall not be less than six (6) months.
Having an employment contract between the employer and the foreign worker approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs/Labor Directorate.
A normal person shall not insurance more than three (3) foreigners, but if they are members of the same family, according to Article 1, paragraph (10) of Directive No. (1) of 2021, there may be more than three, this is just for family.
If the transaction is to renew the residency card, the foreign servant must request the renewal of the residency card before the expiration of the expiration date, otherwise the employee will be responsible for the late penalty of 20,000 dinars per day.

Price
According to Directive No. (1) of 2021, the following guidelines for issuing electronic visas and residency permits in the Kurdistan Region:
- (150,000) one hundred and fifty thousand dinars for issuing a residency card.
- (25,000) Twenty-five thousand dinars residency administration fee for applying for residency permit.
For residency card renewal:
- (150,000) one hundred and fifty thousand dinars in exchange for renewal of all types.
- (25,000) Twenty-five thousand dinars residency administrative fee for renewal of residency.
The penalty for late renewal of residency card for each day of delay is (20,000) twenty thousand dinars.
- (150,000) one hundred and fifty thousand dinars for issuing a residency card.
- (25,000) Twenty-five thousand dinars residency administration fee for applying for residency permit.

Procedures
If the application is submitted through the employee, he/she will visit the relevant residency department and submit the application to the legal department, in order to verify his/her transaction and approve forms numbers (15 and 16).
Visits the Foreigners Room in the Foreign Labor Department, in order to scan all documents and send the name of the foreigner to the Central Laboratory online.
After the test, the results will be returned to the relevant residency directorate after 48 hours. The employee and the foreign worker will visit the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs/Labor Directorate for an interview.
Visits the Foreigners Room, in order to scan the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs interview approval letter and verify the results of the health check referred to the accounting department.
Visits the accounting Room, in order to pay the prescribed fees.
Visits control room, in order to verify final transaction.
Visits the residency card room to collect the residency card and complete the transaction
