The owner of the property must be the same person as the institution on which it is built, except as permitted by law Permanency is recorded, not gender correction.
There are no legal obstacles, for example, if the property is mortgaged it must be deducted from the value of the property, and it cannot be corrected except with the consent of the creditor.
The applicant must have clearances (income tax, property tax, water and sewerage department, electricity department, municipality).

Price
- 0.5% of the estimated cost of the structure. Pursuant to paragraph (a) of Article 53 of the Official Judicial Law No. 114 of 1981, as amended.
- The amount of (12,000) twelve thousand dinars for the committee to discover and evaluate the value of real estate according to the guidelines on the law on the valuation of real estate and interests No. (85) of 1978 as amended.
- The amount of (7,500) seven thousand five hundred dinars of judicial fees, according to paragraph (8) of Article (53) of the Official Judicial Law (114) of 1981 as amended.
The amount of (750) seven hundred- and fifty-dinars Photo of the registry copy (2) of article (54) of the Official Judicial Law No. (114) of 1981 as amended.
- The amount of (1,000) one thousand dinars of the official currency of the registration copy according to item (36) of the schedule of fixed fees in the official currency of the Federal Law No. (71) of 2012 applicable in the Kurdistan Region.
- Amount of (750) seven hundred and fifty dinars Sample form (10).

- The amount of (1,000) one thousand dinars of the official currency of the application form (10) according to item (49) of the schedule of fixed fees in the official currency of the Federal Law No.

Procedures
He visits the office to submit an application to the director.
He visits the treasury room to receive form number (10).
Visits the director's room, in order to stamp and sign special forms.
Visits the Assistant Director's Room, for the purpose of approval and direction to the Treasury Room.
He visits the file room, in order to extract property files.
He visits the registry room, for the purpose of extracting the permanent record of property.
He visits seizure room, in order to avoid seizure.
Receipt of inspection fees from the treasury, for the purpose of estimation.
Visits the nursing room for inspection and assessment.
Visits the Assistant Room to determine the registration and pool bills.
He visits the treasury room, in order to pay the bill.
According to their boundaries, he visits the rooms of the Registrar and Assistants for the purpose of registration.
Refer the transaction to the Board of Audit for audit.
After approval by the Board and the final step, it retrieves the property registration photo.
