Conditions
The plot of land must not be less than (400) m2 because the plots to be separated must not have an area less than the area determined by law.
The applicant must have a copy of the registration in his/her name.
A decision of the municipal council must be issued for the purpose of separation.
It can be obtained through a representative who has a power of attorney.

five (5) to seven (7) days.
Price
- 0.5% of the estimated value of separate properties (except one). Pursuant to paragraph (1/a) of Article (52) of the Official Judicial Law No. (114) of 1981 as amended.
- The amount of (1,000) one thousand dinars of separation currency according to item (39) of the schedule of fixed currency in the Official Federal Currency Law No. (71) of 2012 in force and amended in the Kurdistan Region by Law No. (9). 2021.

- The amount of (12,000) twelve thousand dinars for each separate piece for the committee to discover and evaluate the value of real estate according to the guidelines of the law on the valuation of real estate and interests No. (85) of 1978 as amended.
- The amount of (7,500) seven thousand five hundred dinars for each separate piece, judicial fee, according to paragraph (8) of Article (53) of the Official Law.
- The amount of (750) seven hundred and fifty dinars, copy of the record Paragraph (2) of Article (54) of the Official Judicial Law No. (114) of 1981 as amended.

- The amount of (1,000) one thousand dinars of the registration fee According to Article (36) of the Schedule of Fixed Duties in the Official Federal Currency Law No. (71) of 2012 in force in the Kurdistan Region and amended by Law No. (9) of 2021
- The amount of (750) seven hundred and fifty dinars.
- The amount of (1,000) one thousand dinars of the application form (10) according to item (49) of the schedule of fixed fees in the Official Federal Law No. (71) of 2012 in force and amended in the Kurdistan Region by Law No. (9) of the year 2021
Procedures
Visiting the office and submitting an application to the director.
Receive form number (10) from the treasury.
He visits the director’s room, in order to stamp and sign special forms.
Visits Assistant Principal's Room, for approval and direction to other rooms.
He visits the case room, in order to extract the case.
He visits the registration room, in order to extract a new copy of the register.
Visits the assistant's room to fill out forms.
He visits the art room, in order to extract a map of the property.
He visits the art audit room, for the purpose of auditing.
He visits the nursing room for an examination.
Visits the Assistant Room, for approval and direction to the accountant.
He visits the treasury room, in order to get a copy.
He visits the seizure room, in order to avoid seizure.
He visits the registration room, in order to extract the register of the property.
He visits the assistant's room, and directs him to the registrar.
He visits the room of the Registrar and Assistant, in order to register and sign it.
Refer the transaction to the Board of Audit for audit.
After approval by the board and the final step, it retrieves the property registration copy.
